LOEWE-FLAME symposium Sept. 27-29 at MSE Congress 2022 – Antiferroelectric dielectrics for energy storage applications

As part of the Materials Science and Engineering Congress (MSE Congress) on September 27-29, 2022, the LOEWE-FLAME research-initative invites you to the symposium "Antiferroelectric Dielectrics for Energy Storage Applications". The aim of the symposium is to discuss recent progress and challenges in the development, characterization and modeling of new dielectric materials for energy storage, with a special focus on antiferroelectrics. Thus, the symposium will provide an interdisciplinary platform for discussions, exchange of views and the establishment of future collaborations in this field.

The MSE Congress is organized by the German Society for Materials Science (DGM). With an average of more than 1,500 participants, the MSE Congress is one of the largest English-language congresses in the field of materials science and engineering in Europe. In 2022, it will be held as a hybrid event, on-site at TU Darmstadt and online.

 Call for abstracts:

- Design of materials

- characterization

- Computational methods

- Structure-property relationships (domain structure, crystallographic structure, and electronic structure)

- Phase transitions

The deadline for submissions has been extended til March 15, 2022. The registration link can be found under "More Information" on this page.
